I'm back from the land of the wedding (my cousin's). I'd never been to one before. it was alright, though I think the concept of having a big ceremony is a bit overrated. maybe I'll elope.
ten hours of round-trip travel in the last 36 or so makes me feel, as always, sort of headachey and listless and like posting about it on lj. at least maybe it'll make a break on your friendslist from HP posts. my sister and cat are currently ensconced with page 500 or so, and it's mostly not my turn to read yet. I snuck a few pages in the hotel this morning, while she was still sleeping. at 8:30. I think I'm going to go off and cook now. I wonder sometimes, as I did last time I posted here, if we'll recognize me in September, the most of us reading who'll see me then.
