New Year's & such
Happy almost New Year's!
I have to say, I'm unusually excited about New Year's this year. Normally, I find it to be an overrated waste of my time. And it still might be. But this year I'll be celebrating with close friends in my fabulous new apartment. Plus, I have a princess martini glass to drink from (yes, seriously, I do) and I get to wear my pretty pink dress from Founder's Day. Yay! I'm excited. Besides- I can be pretty and not bother with heels, since it's my apartment. Double woot for that. It's just nice to be barefoot :)
I should be working, but I'm keeping this entry positive, so scratch that path.
I confess: I'd really like to see the boy*, but that will have to wait. Damn it. Claire+waiting=not so good. Yeah, whatever.
Tonight should be fun, though.
Other random stuff: Stupid Pats. Oops, there goes the positive spin. Go Packers+anybody who plays Satan's Squad [Cowboys]. Love the new apt. LOVE IT. Everybody should come visit! Your mom.
I think I'm done rambling now. Maybe. Oh- and John: aren't you proud? I'm listening to a different Maroon 5 song these days. :P Though I can always go for This Love, especially if you're in the area. *giggle*
