Life just got a little more confusing. The social worker finally called me back late yesterday. She said she has to contact the parents before she can give me any information (even though I am next of kin and immediate family*). I don't really understand why. But I called and talked to my (and their) father and gave him a heads up that she was going to call, but I dunno what he's gonna say. I wish I understood more of what's going on. I know they had to go to the ER because they were so sick and whoever has them wasn't taking care of them. "At least they are together for now," he said. Anyway, anything you all know about situations like this one is appriciated. ~M~
