1a. Yes, it's safe to say he's killed a lot of people in his life/unlife. Skulduggery was a soldier during a magical war before he was killed after watching his wife and child murdered infront of him, so when he came back he was kind of... pissed? During this time his anger manifested into a personality all of it's own, in which he donned a suit of necromancer power infested armor then joined the war on the evil side and killed thousands before snapping out of it and trying to do away with that part of himself. Then Skulduggery rejoined as a soldier on the right side again, until the war ended and he became a detective. He's killed a few more people since then, mostly to defend others, and they were bad guys anyways B|! He's been living/unliving since then with his secret and trying to make up for his time in darkness. The one person he may have truly enjoyed killing would be the man who killed his wife and child, while saving his partner from the same fate 8|

2. He's an animated skeleton. Came back to life one day, with all the downsides to a living body and yet none of the upsides given the fact he has no flesh/organs. It was through a trick from necromancy that he came back to life. Detective Pleasant doesn't actually know any of that yet, so he isn't sure why he's 'alive' again 8|a...
Skulduggery would probably notice/observe the things about Nahollo, being a detective and all. Weather he brings it up or not will depend on what's going on probably.
