Happy 22nd Birthday to puellaingenua! And 21st to meeeeeee!
I'm a little sick today so I skipped all my classes today to pamper my immune system cause I gotta pahty in Hahvahd tonight. Always sad to skip Am. Rev. class, especially after my professor heartily signed the petition (and appreciated my joke about writing a philosophy book. It wasn't funny, but then he is a history geek who thinks the people who tore down John Hancock's house in the 1860s were "jerks"), but priorities are priorities. Tonight I have Amnesty, then hit the road to Boston.
Actually yesterday I tabled for Amnesty with Lou, and Melissa, and JM for three hours and only 15 people signed the petition to clean up the oil Chevron/Texaco is intentionally dumping in Ecuador, thus killing people and wreaking havoc on the rainforest. But we did get a few new recruits, which will be nice.
