[Who] Lucy/Nyuu, the Board, and anyone else in that building or on the way that want to have some plot with her.
[Where] The streets, and then the Board of Offices.
[When] Early afternoon.
[What] Lucy heads to the Board to be registered for a place to stay, and attempts to not kill anyone on her way. Unfortunately, for someone like her, it's hard to refrain.
[Notes] I'll set a violence warning here, and perhaps a warning about evil schemings and such.
She felt disgusted. Really, truly disgusted. Even a shower, a good night's rest, and food would do her good, but no, not in the least. That girl, Alma...no, Maia...the things she said still floated through her head, aggravated her to no end. Whether that girl was half-human, fully human or some sort of test-tube monstrosity, the fact remained that she was just another one of them. Worse yet, she was a psycho with split-personalities or another being/soul within her.
Either way, it made her an insufferable freak, and Lucy had had enough of them for one lifetime.
The kinder side of her, the part she couldn't control, had been suppressed for now, even if the shower had calmed her, the sleep had rejuvenated her, and she still wore the dress. They say that white is an innocent color, but she always that white was sin, and how fitting, for the Diclonius to wear it.
Nyuu would be the innocence. She was, and would always be, the killer.
She found some ribbons to tie around her horns, make them look like hair ribbons so no one got too suspicious. Unfortunately, they were pretty noticeable from the side, and once one got close enough...But if anyone tried to approach her, they would either be ordered to leave, or she would destroy them. Humans could be so annoying.
Making sure she now had shoes to wear, white sandals, she made her way to the Board calmly. She had nothing to worry about, and everything in the world to expect. She had never seen this city before...so perhaps it would be nice to start fresh. She could just keep away from humans, be polite, and she'd make it through just fine.
Or, so she hoped, as she continued for the Board building, head held high.
