This morning I woke up with the Queen Mother of all tension headaches. My alarm went off at seven, but I preferred to stay dead, so I turned it off and crashed for another hour and a half. By that point my body needed food (and painkiller) so I forced myself to get up and eat, downed some pain pills, and took a shower.
I felt a little better, but about an hour later the nausea hit, so I curled up on the couch with
sideshow_ericka's copy Stardust, which is thankfully in a large enough type that it doesn't hurt to read. I have a feeling that the rest of today will be spent sitting on the couch, either watching movies or just staying as still as possible and trying not to get sick.
I think the way I sleep is the primary cause of these headaches. I suppose I could start training myself to sleep on my back, as being a side sleeper seems to be causing me ridiculous amounts of pain. And several tension headaches. It's getting old - and fast.
