Author's Note: Short chapter is short. The chapter is mostly speculation about the nature of the Troubles and what the Chief knew. Mostly my own theories about what's going on in Haven, most likely to be Jossed in next Friday's episode. Such is my life. :eyeroll: Anyway, moving on, hopefully I'll get the ball rolling with more ease in the coming chapters. Apologies about the wait for this one!
