Scrabble Showdown

Two weeks ago, we had my family over for mussels. After eating and generally enjoying ourselves, we took out the Scrabble board and played a quick game.
That’s how this layout came about. That, plus Lifescapes Templates and Andrea asking if anyone could make layouts using her templates. As a non-digi scrapper, I really wanted to give it a go. What I love about her templates is that they’re so different from what you usually see on other template- or even sketch sites. Wouldn’t you agree???
My sister and mom was team, my niece and brother in law on another and my husband and myself on the third team. A few words we discussed, one of those discussions journaled on a Elle’s Studio journaling card.
This weekend we’ve been busy doing the ground work for phase 1 of the terrace we want in our back yard. We should be starting to place the boards this afternoon and we’ll need more gravel before we can begin phase 2, so that has to wait until we… get more, simple as that. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve seen the photos, but they’ll definitely end up on paper very soon!
