(no subject)
I'm preparing to go to Bergen on Thursday. I got the small suitcase out of the storage room today, and even managed to figure out the combination on the lock. I won't be checking any luggage in and thus I need to think about what I want to bring with me in my carry-on luggage.
After pondering this morning, I asked on facebook whether or not eyeshadow would have to be put in the ziploc-bag. The answer appears to be no, as long as its not fluid in any way. So my next question is... What about eyeshadow primer? And pens? And highlighters?
I'll be catching the airport shuttle, i think - NOK150/$25 for a return ticket contra NOK700/$117 (or more) for a taxi. My only problem now is figuring where to get off. The shuttle company has a map on their page, and sure, I understand that I have to get off downtown, but I'm unsure which stop is best when I'll be walking to campus. Gonna have to ask the driver, I suppose.
I'm also wondering what to do about dinner. Gonna get something at the hotel, I suppose... And lunch... Hmm... There are breaks set aside for lunch, but the lunch they bring in is only for those presenting papers. I'll figure something out - I'll be on campus, so I guess there will be some canteens around.
