I feel very strongly that this needs wider publication and circulation. Perhaps a community or two of Most Probably Like Minded People. (I would recommend a spoiler alert, though, for people with actual lives who might be a little behind.)

But seriously, I have to admit my mind is still a bit blown trying to figure out Who that I haven't really had a chance to consider its implications for TW (mostly because that would involve coming to terms with the 'reality' of Children of Earth and I really don't want to do that). I can't believe he said that, especially since Who isn't his anymore (or am I wrong? I'm new to this whole 'verse).

Yes, RTD no longer owns Who, and I am convinced he saw Moffat's storyline as a major excuse to explain his reasons for completely ignoring the Rift. But, of course, they don't stand up to scrutiny, as this shows.
