It's Tammy's birthday today.

And no, that's not a compliment or a funny name or anything you should take pride in, despite the fact you do.
What I will do instead of being small and petty (because we all know I can do that, and do it well...) is I will send her an ecard.
24 fucking years and it's reduced to an ecard. No phone call, no "let's go out for drinks", an ecard.
(not at all to knock the ecard. It's wonderful. But after 24 years of friendship? there should be more.)
