my *hic* funny valentiiiiiiiine~
Today I depart for San Francisco. I have five grad school auditions over the course of three days, after which time I will (hopefully) spend Valentine's Day evening dancing with my friends.
I was gonna say, "If you want to tell me you think I'm a good actor, NOW'S THE TIME," except actually, I ran my six monologues for four of my wonderful friends last night, and they were a fantabulous audience and after the last one they actually whooped. Alllllso of some interest to those of you who saw me do it right after I had memorized it: they loved Hypatia most of all! "She's just like 'ha ha, it's so funny that you proposed to me.'" "She seems like an awful person, but in an awesome way."
Which is to say: For the first time, I feel that I will be great at auditions. Yay me!
