So today was a very interesting day. I got about an hour or two of sleep last night (she lost track of time again...surprise surprise) before Papa showed up early to pick me up from the dorm. After packing and some cleaning under his military scrutiny, I ventured off to the bear's den to see if she could check me out early. Out of the kindness of her ass, she agreed, checked the room and bid me farewell by leaning on me with a hand draped over my shoulder in what I suppose was a mock hug of some sort. Then Papa and I were off in search of pancakes. Denny's was quite crowded due to the graduates and their families breakfasting. After waiting around 25 minutes to have our order taken, we decided to just leave and try somewhere else.
IHOP?
IHOP had a line wrapping around the parking lot. So sleepy, hungry Ami lets herself get talked into trying Waffle House (who's sign read affle house for the better part of the fall semester). That was an experience! It was like a sort of adrenaline rush...I'm sure it can't come close to comparing with Koneko's red-neck experience during the national anthem, but it was fun. Fun as it was...Papa and I woofed our food and got out of there as fast as we could.
Then we were off to try to move in to my new dorm.

That is some nice shtuff there. I really like like like. I must show off to the Gainsevillians...um...if I knew who they were....::cough cough::
Seeing the apartment actually motivated me to actually talk to my suite mates...and perhaps make friends? Yeah...wish me luck.
We have a real refrigerator!!!!! I can keep ice cream!!!

According to the girl who lived in there before me, my room is the biggest of the four. Unfortunately, the bed cannot be raised like in Hume...so I can't hide a Cat monster under my bed. Eh....there should be ample room.
Then I came home and slept 6 hours (including the drive home), showered, and watched episode 29 of PGSM.
I do NOT like this new character.

There's two scenes in this episode that make my heart skip a beat. They both only last a split second...but there's this teacher walking the halls of Juuban High. He has a lab coat, messed up hair, and a face hidden in the shadows...
This could mean Outers, Zack...OUTERS!
And so begins my week of vacation.
