UGUUUUUUUUUUUU
yeah....first week of hospital pharmacy rotation has been kinda blargh in general. Not enjoying it yet. The first part of the week was orientation/tours, then I got to work with the techs for most of the week. Friday was the only actual day I got to spend with the pharmacists, so I basically was stuck back in tech mode. Doing the delivery runs for Baptist is A LOT more taxing than it was for Shands....mainly because we cover 3 hospitals XD
Publix got me a little spoiled with just sitting on my butt working a couple days, then having a couple off. Going back to 8 hours of actual work Monday to Friday has been a shock for my sleep cycle XD.
I'm more addicted to caffeine then ever...
I also have a big project/presentation thingy due at the end of my rotation. Usually there's two interns that can split the speech part between themselves...but just little old me? Presenting in front of a;; those pharmacists/administrators?
kill me now T_T
I've been having a lot of blasts from the pasts working at Baptist. I've been seeing people I haven't seen since gradeschool/highschool. I don't think they would have recognized me without my name on my lab coat lol. One even said to me, "I didn't recognize you because you gained weight!"
wtfmate...I haven't seen you since 8th grade XD
Not, "you grew up," or, "wow you grew your hair!"
just....you're fat now

Tis kinda weird for me. I was all about working hospital pharmacy, but after such an awesome rotation at Publix, and the not so fun rotation I'm on now, I'm kinda unsure what to do.
Right now the plan is still to try and get into a residency if I can, and maybe work for a Publix or Target PRN or something while I do that. I dunno.
Speaking of which, I just came back from applying at Publix. Hopefully I can get hired and get some of those extra intern hours done during break
In other news, I'm getting reacquainted with video games. I was halfway through Sabriel when I started playing Final Fantasy Tactics A2...and I haven't really gotten much farther. Koi and I also just started re-playing FF Crystal Chronicles again. Tis weird hearing Raging Heart sing XD
Looks like Koi might have to postpone the motorcycle class...
Money's gonna be tight.
