I really can't complain about the ending....
Except that....it was...the end?
yes, I did cry....but I think mostly because of the same reason I cried over azumanga's ending (shut up!). I grew too attached to the characters XD

Kanon (both of them) is definitely an anime that is appreciated more the second time around. All those hints they drop...I didn't even catch them all even after watching 2002 Kanon, at least not without the help of blackspiderman....I'll miss your posts T_T

Unless only watch anime for action and giant mecha...
Tis easily in my top 10 anime...I'd say top 5 but I'll wait a bit until the ending wears off.
While it did feel like a "zomgmaihimereset" ending, it also makes sense with the series. Tis all about making miracles happen, baby. Everyone on the animesuki forums keeps talking about the absence of the Nayuki-clock scene. I never played the game, so I don't really miss it that much.
I cried a lot more for the previous two eps than I did for this one. Like I said before my tears were mostly cause I was bidding farewell to the characters....that and when Yuuichi started crying. His seiyuu is so damn awesome. I did like the last frame with the baby tree and a blurred Makoto very very much. I think I'll stop now cause I'm getting tear-y again *is a wimp*
In other news, I'm looking forward to Clannad.....even though I know nothing about it XD
I saw blackspiderman make a post about how it was gonna be by KyoAni, so of course that got my attention. Then I heard the song on the preview at the end of Kanon and was like....why do I have this O_O?
