HAWAII (Wailea, Maui) Arrival and Day One

$15 bucks a day for internet in this room XD
But luckily Papa didn't read that before he signed up for it, so I'm taking advantage of the 24 hours he accidentally bought 0: 3
It is so weird being behind EVERYONE in time <.<
Anyway, we left our house Sunday morn around 6 AM -_________-
I was in nice comfy clothing while my parents were in full tourist garb. I bought a book to keep myself occupied on the plane ^_^
2 hours to Miami, 6 hours to LA, a 2 hour wait, and 6 hours to Kahului airport later, and we arrived at our hotel room. It was around 10 PM here...so like...4am back home XD
I tried taking pictures but I got too tired, and died on the bed instead.
Now...these curtains look innocent enough, when I awoke this morning (at 7am zomg), I found THIS staring at me o_O
freaky
MMm...then what...uh...
Oh, Mom rushed Papa and me to the breakfast meeting thing where I got to stuff myself with goodies. Mom was a lot braver than I with her breakfast, while I decided to take the safer route. Later, I asked for hot tea, and the waiter comes back with Shizuru's heaven in a box (all it was missing for her was a Natsuki holding it...naked...).

I ended up picking this cause I'm a shameless Shizuru fangirl XD
ANYWAY, we were joined be some cute birds that decided to have an egg on our table.
After that, I came back up to the room to make a video tour of it...which is little more than me walking around the room making a fool of myself XD. Watch it if you must.

I resumed the picture taking before we headed out to drive around the island of Maui.
We were told that if we didn't dive the Hana Highway, then we didn't really go to Maui at all. This, of course, was something my Papa could not allow, so that was our special adventure for the day.

Mom's never letting papa decide what we do on vacation EVER AGAIN.
I personally had lots of fun on the windy road. It was like a cooler roller coaster only with hiking trails that lead to waterfalls and purty pools and stuffs. Oh and spiders jumping into your window -_____-
I even made another video of it...but I really wouldn't recommend watching it unless you're really bored...or stalking me or something XD. Tis just us on the road almost hitting oncoming cars...and Mama moaning cause it made her sick.
We ended up turning back around the half way point cause she was really really sick...
So I guess we only went to half of Maui 0: P
We got back in time for dinner. Mom ended up burrowing into the bed and stayed in the room while Papa and I ate. I brought back some leftovers for her. I swear I didn't realize I'd arranged them like that until she started laughing her head off when she opened the box XD
And that brings me here to my computer, where I was supposed to be watching me biochem lecture.
