Right Now ...

Well, not much has changed so far in rustic Springberg, MO ...
I have just recovered from a type of virus that has left my body in a weakened state of atrophy. I could not pull myself out of bed from last Tuesday evening until Saturday morning. I had moments of complete dizziness which nearly toppled all 160 pounds of my body onto the nearest blunt object, occaisional vomitting, mild to major headaches, a raw and swollen throat, and cold sweats that forced me to wear sweatshirts during the middle of summer. These were only a handfull of the describable symptoms. I'd be willing to go into more detail, but the CDC has asked me not to disclose any more information than I already have.
Despite the plague I am recovering from, my time spent in St. Louis was well spent: training, visiting with family, and being around good friends were the primary plans on my agenda. All were accomplished, much to the delight of the author.
As for the current situations facing yours truly, not much has happened that could alter the planned course. I am still living with the Italian Sinatra fan and things are actually better than indicated by my description. I just got back from pounding some beers and playing some pool with some close friends. I encourage you, the reader, to do the same. Just be smart when planning, and have a D.D. like we did.
Goodnight to all of you, live long, and "Spum!"
