i am home now, just last night and tonight. my car is still messed up so i got a ride home and tomorrow my mom is driving me to jackson to meet parker who's then taking me back to memphis. my car is still messed up and will be for the rest of this week probably. it's ridiculous! such a hassle, but at the same time a trivial worry. thank God for parker and stephanie and others who've been helping me soooo much while i've been immobile. it's over 2 thousand dollars of damage so i'm waiting to hear from the insurance company to see if they can pay for it. i hope so! i still have my counting crows' tickets in my purse, in a side zipper pocket. i haven't taken them out again to look at them or throw them away b/c it'll make me too sad. oh well. esta bien.
school's only two weeks away. i'm ready for classes, but i've still got so much to do for sac. random side note-parker sang johnny cash's ring of fire at karaoke the other night and it was sooo funny b/c he never sings and i sing all the time and he always kids me about it. also, his is voice is so deep. i was surprised-it was actually pretty good. anyway, yeah stress levels for school are already rising.

also, i'm doing the atkins diet. no dairy queen!! it sucks. :(
