[Artemis arrives a few minutes later with Butler behind him. He has asked his bodyguard to merely observe for this meeting. Any comments or suggestions can be discussed later. The teenage genius is intrigued by the place and freely looks around as he makes his way to the office. When he finally makes it there, he gives a polite knock and waits for an invitation to be let inside.]
[The room is lit with a few overhead lights, and there are several workbenches each having projects of varying degrees of completion on them. The machines themselves are bulky pieces of equipment, and crudely made, at least from a modern standpoint, but they do appear to be effective. In a far corner, away from everything else is what appears to be a furnace of some sort, making bubbling noises. There is a space of about 20 feet between it and the nearest table, and there is nothing at all between them.]
[He finds himself intrigued to find an intelligent goblin. Then again, Blitza is most likely not from his world. Still, he is used to beings being around his height after the fairies. Taking the hand, he gives it a firm shake.]
[Artemis finds the handshake returned to be...feeble at best. Though there is the sense that he is trying to squeeze back as well. When Artemis releases his hand Blitza sits back down and nurses it in his lap.]
[Blitza uses his other hand to push a small stack of papers over to Artemis while the hand that he shook with lays limply in his lap.]
Here is a brief outline of my buisness and at the bottom you'll find a business contract. Simply put you help build things, you get a portion of the profits.
I had assumed that negotiation would be part of this, thus the position is blank. I offer as a starting point 40% of the profits as I will be supplying the materials, the customers and the workplace. That is off course of the profits, not the total income.
[The document outlines his income, the cost of his employees, etc. Has a growth plan, a larger place of business, hiring more engineers, etc, and the last few pages outline duties and privileges of Fowl. The contract has a few obvious attempts to 'pull a fast one' on the boy as well as some more hidden ones. None of them vindictive, just fine print that would put the deal in Blitza's favor.]
[Sadly, Blitza is trying to 'pull a fast one' on a genius. However, he is more than happy to reveal that to him. Once he is finished reading the document, he sets it on the table and gives the goblin a small smile.]
40%? That is an impressive beginning. Before we begin that though... Butler? Do you have a pen on you?
[The large man strides over and hands the boy the pen he is asking for. Once it is in his hands, Artemis begins going through the document again.]
I must say that I am impressed with the layout of this, Blitza. However, I hope you don't mind if I make a few adjustments. I am a man of business after all and if my changes do not meet your approval we can...negotiate.

Of course Of course, negotiation is to be expected. I start with what I feel is a satisfactory deal for the both of us, saves times and hurt feelings. I feel that 40% is...a fair trade.
[Blitza is trying to hide it but it is fairly obvious that the large man intimidates him. Artemis' intellect is more a boon than anything else though it is a bit of a suprise to him. It should be noted that in the contract, the 40% only applies to items that Artemis himself constructs, nothing that Blitza makes.

Blitza sits in a chait inside a small office, with a table and two other chairs. He is reading over some paperwork as you enter.

And will it mention how much my portion of the profits would be? Or does that require negotiation?
