Ups, downs and changes in plans
Okay, so I've got some interesting things to mention. First off is that I finally got my grade back from Japanese 204 this semester. I'm not sure what deity I did something to please, but someone apparently liked something I did and in the face of missing a kanji assignment, a lackluster test history and an uncertain final exam result, I got a B! I don't know how I did it, but that's what Koike-sensei gave me and I'm not gonna argue. Sweet, huh?
So I found that out last night. This morning I woke up feeling like crap. Still, I dragged myself outta bed and went out for the usual batch of Wenesday morning errands and generally felt ten times worse by the time I got home. So I collapsed in bed until about 2pm, woke up feeling like a truck convoy ran me over and left me with a fever and a mild migraine. After that, took some meds to help with the fever and whatnot, got something to eat and now... I'm pretty much back on my feet.
Next order of business? Sewing! Been making some really good progress with the Persona 4 costumes, so I might even manage to take that commission for an RO Champion that my classmate was offering. I know that I REALLY wanna do some kinda BlazBlue cosplay this year because I have a feeling that Arksys is gonna debut Continuum Shift at the con. But Ragna would be a lot of work in a short amount of time. So I'm thinking that I could recycle alot from my Seta and go as Hazama instead. Time permitting, of course, but the more I watch this, the cooler I am with that idea.
WIPs for costumes to come in future posts. Also likely to post more kitten pictures. I've said this to everyone by now, but he's now more a kitten and less the fetus we found him as originally.
