Got result of blood work. Triglycerides are kinda high (289 when normal is <150, and borderline is <200), but otherwise, I'm fairly good. They mostly just said to watch my intakes of sugars and fatty food, and continue exercising regularly.
Not too hard to pull off considering I don't really go eat out that much outside of the occassional burger craving (food at college was waaay worse) and mom cooks fairly low fat already and I enjoy exercising at the gym.
No more Jack-in-the-Box Ultimate Cheeseburgers for me though, I guess. Which kinda blows, since I love those suckers. =/
