Home Sweet Home
So back home finally after evacuation. Was at Austin for a whole week, and hung out with Hal a few of those days, even helped him move to his new apartment along with his dad and SirAlex (who's real name -is- Alex! Wow! =p). Internet is incredibly wonky. It loads really slowly, and goes down for hours at a time. Home is fine though, none of the food seems to have gone rotten though signs point that electricity did go out at some point, and the only noticeable effect otherwise are a few potted plants that were overturned. Nothing major though.
I did get a pretty nasty cold over in Austin, because I've been bedridden since saturday. I was pretty much dragged onto the car when we finally came back to Katy. I slept most of the way, though parents say traffic wasn't so bad. Took around the same amount of time to make the trip as it usually does between Austin and Houston. They did say they stuck to the backroads though.
Oh, Soulriders seems to be down. Account suspended? What the hell happened there? I'd log onto IRC to ask, but I think I'm scheduled for more sleepy-bye-bye time. Maybe later. *zonks out*
