Wires on desk - asking for advice

Does anyone have a favorite way to organize and hide the wires on a computer desk? My new desk is still great, but now that it's so pretty, I'd really like to hide the mess of wires. Not to mention, it'd be awesome if they weren't collecting dust since it's more of a pain to dust a mess of wires than a nice neat box.

Suggestions welcome.

The one caveat is that my desk does move up and down so any wire tidying solution needs to also move with it.
