Freaky (in a good way)
Ok, so firstly, I am used to selling things myself. I make it, or a gallery gets it, it sells, and I make more. Simple.
But with this publishing biz, I have very little idea what goes on. I can only find out how many were done, and every so often get an update. I watch Amazon and B&N to see how sales go, and cheer on a day when I sell one or two.
SO, yesterday was freaky, and today is shaping up to continue a really exciting trend. Amazon lists all their affliates who carry my book and their various prices under 'new & used'. Yesterday, I appear to have sold about 12 books in ONE DAY, and already this morning, another 3 have sold!!!
WOOHOO! As you can see, I am easily tickled, not competing with JR Rowlings at ALL when 15 books in about 24 hrs makes me happy!
Dunno why the sudden rush, but am celebrating!
