A fable of two Angels.

On 29th April I have gratuated from high school. Each of us got a symbolic gift. It was a mug on which all the form masters of our 6 classes wrote down their sigantures. The same did the headmaster and the vice headmaster (you see, the life is incredible. I will always remeber my Maths teacher - yeah, I'm talking about you, Seba - any time I use my mug). There is also the logo of my II high school on it. I don't like my ex-class. But I could not cry.

When the farewell academy was hold, my headmaster told us a fable of two Angels.

"Once upon a time two of the God's Angels decided to travel around the world. The were tired after the long journey so they had to localize a place to stay for a night. They found a house and asked for permission.

The house which was chosen by the Angels was a home of a rich family. Although the Angels explained they were really run-down, the host didn't want to give them a guest room. He put them in a basement, providing  no supper.

At night the older Angel noticed a hole in a wall of the cellar. He fixed it up.

'Why did you do this?' the younger Angel asked. 'The family didn't do us proud. Why are you helping them?'
'Not everything is the same as it seems to be at first sight.' the older Angel answered and went to sleep.

At the morning the Angels left this family and turned to the city. They were travelling again, on foot, so when the nightfall began they were exhausted. Again, they found a house and aksed for permission.

This family was very poor. They didn't have many rooms in their small house but they gave the Angels their own bed and went to the old stage to sleep there. Before they left, the shared their only supper with the Angels as well.

Both of the Angels had a good sleep.

When it started to dawn, the Angels woke up and heard a terrible sob. It belonged to the poor landlady. Both of them got up quickly and came to the couple to see what had happened.

'This cow was our only bread and butter... it gave a lot of milk and it was the only way to sell it and earn our living...' the poor landlord explained.

The younger Angel looked at the view in front of him - there it was, the dead cow indeed. He became distracted.
'Why did you do this?" he almost shrieked at the older Angel when they left the family. 'Yesterday you helped this unkind family. You fixed the hole despite they were rude. Now, you let the cow die regardless of the fact, it was the good family's provider!'

'Not everything is the same as it seems to be at first sight.' the older Angel answered quietly.
'When we were in the basement yesterday, I found a hole. There was money hidden in it and due to the host was mean and didn't want to share with his riches, I fixed the hole up. Now he is not able to find his wealth. Today, when you and the good family were sleeping, the Death Angel came and wanted to take the landlady's life.

I gave him a cow.'

Not everything is the same as it seems to be at first sight."
