Today in class I got to tell the story of Josh. That was a fun one. There were a few parts that Laura told me I was going to have to tell again when I met her friends just because they're too darn funny to keep to herself. I don't mind. It's nothing too personal.

I don't remember if I've already said this on here...but this week I stuck my nose in a blow torch. Yes, yes, yes. I know. Why on earth would I want to stick my nose in a BLOW TORCH! I didn't mean to. I was leaning across the table and didn't know it was on. Everything's fine. I'm only missing my nose hairs. haha.

Today the entire Chocolates and Sugar Artistry class almost DIED! Someone was stupid and put the blow torch (yet again with the blow torch) on a freakin burner!!! The pressure in the can built up so much that if it didn't have a safety valve then it would have exploded. The can is about the size of a two litter bottle too. The person that invented the safety pressure valve has safed many people's lifes...mine now included. How could someone be that reckless? I don't know...

There's a few other things that happened in class that don't really matter (someone trying to cut my finger off). Joseph said my job is more hazzardest then his, and he's in the Marines.
