Sandwich Genius
Note: this week, I am a sandwich genius. Someone gave me a jar of pumpkin spice marmalade from a Renaissance Fair vendor I'm (delighted to be) familiar with of old. This stuff is good. This stuff is good enough for me to sneak spoonfulls straight from the jar. However! Pumpkin spice marmalade + cream cheese + wheat bread = All Year Round Autumn-y Deliciousness. And I have just finished an All Year Breakfasty Deliciousness Sandwich: scrambled eggs w/ paprika and garlic on top of soft goat cheese spread on toast.
