I have been meditating on the very great pleasure which a pair of fine eyes...can bestow.
I think it is time to reread P&P. Or at least parts of it.
I have finally turned in my application to UW. In fact I turned it in on Friday, it was due on Saturday. Many thanks to Jesse and Dawn for helping greatly improve my essays and resume. It is nice just to have it finished, thoroughly enjoying not having it hanging over my head. I am slightly concerned that one of the people writing a recommendation for me didn't get it in the time but I am going to give her the benefit of the doubt. Then again there is nothing I can do about it now. It would just be frustrating not to get in simply because someone forgot to turn in a piece of paper.
I am currently sitting in Spokane after a delightful little walk. Part of me wanted to walk longer since I ended up not going out yesterday and won't be able to go out tomorrow but it was getting a bit chilly. I do love walking along the river here. I am definitely going to have to head out to the Gorge this weekend. And tomorrow I get to hang out with Melly. That will be a pleasant end to a day that is starting much too early.
