I am not sure how many times I have ripped out my scarf. I don't have a pattern so I am making it up as I go. I know what I want but am not entirely sure how to achieve that without actually buying the $25 dollar a skein yarn. I think I have almost found what I want. I decided that I just want a straight up black alpaca scarf. No second yarn of coloured merino or anything else.
I am using black Inca Alpaca Classic ELite, very soft and hopefully warm. K1, P1, repeat until end of row. K all the back. Repeat until you reach desire length. Instead of having straight ends I am angling them. Figuring that is what is taking me so long to figure. I know what I want, sort of. And there is the catch. Perhaps I will setle on something soon.
