Is it wrong to be deliriously happy to see a mer_duff story appear, and on sick_wilson no less? As always your writing is velvety smooth with clever humor and the right touch of poignancy. Your House and Wilson ring pitch perfect.

I've been meaning to post this since Camp Sick!Wilson began, but it wouldn't finish for me (I think this is the third version that I wrote). You'd think hurting Wilson would be easier for me :)

I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I'd mention the things I liked, but then I'd have to quote your whole fic back at you.

oh, that's wonderful! I love Wilson's stubbornness about doing (what he thinks is) the right thing--and the depth and complexity you convey about their relationship. Bonus points for the golf lingo, too--you could be making it up for all I know, but it sounds completely authentic *g*

Thank you! Personally, I never hesitate to take a gimme or mulligan, but then I'm rarely in danger of breaking 100, much less 80 :) Fortunately, I can talk the talk better than I can walk the walk...

I really enjoyed watching Wilson's emotions melt from joy to anger to frustration to annoyance and eventually to acceptance, and even at the end to caring. You write it so seamlessly too.

Thank you! I think that's the emotional spectrum Wilson experiences every time he's in House's presence :) And RSL makes it easy to imagine!
