Just came from the meeting where VVO announced that this building is sold and new owner is SKV. And those who are living in this building and are paying rent, can continue living as long as they are paying rent. But we can also buy our apartment if we want. Our apartment is ~46k €, so.. It's lots of money. We are gonna pay rent as long as possible, since we have like 0,05% chance to get loan from bank and rent is easier..
