For those of you that know Al Preston,
He has just suffered a horrible loss. He, and his bride Stephany, have lost their child. The pregnancy aborted itself for unknown reasons. The funeral is Friday. Let's all keep them in our hearts and if you see him, give him a shoulder to cry on or something...
In other news, Rick Halstead will no longer be gracing the halls of Terra Community College.
He's dead too.
Died of lymphoma or something. Seems he'd been fighting cancer for the last year or so and wasn't telling anyone.
We've lost another one of the great teachers. The ones that make learning fun and light that fire of passion in their students hearts and minds.
This has been a shitty week indeed.
