Eep eep!
I can't believe that I'm going to NYC tomorrow! I have so many things to do!
My mom has discovered that people like recieving baked goods, and that I like making baked goods. (cthulia was it the Joy of Cooking gingerbread recipe that is your favorite?) She has promised several loaves of bread, cookies, and a large chocolate cake. I think my handmixer is going on an adventure! (I have a suspicion that I might buy a new one in NYC and leave my beloved old one in NYC... the beaters are starting to fall apart... poor thing has had 10 years of heavy use.)
(And speaking of cookies, cookie decorating party on December 7th... is anyone coming? If the date is bad, December 21 is also open if that works better for more people.)
NYC folks, let me know about fun things that are going on! =D This is the longest I'm going to be in town until this time next year!
