Ya know, It's lame that ephedra is banned in the U.S.
I think it is the only country that bans it as well, not sure though.
Have just a few people get heart attacks from it and boom its off the shelves. Lame.
Here I am sounding like a druggie.
Even the plant is banned. Anyone have connections with the black market?
If anyone is going to be in McDonough this weekend you should call me. I am celebrating my niece's birthday. She will be one, woot!
