Seeking a programming hours marketplace.
I'm looking for somewhere that I can market 10 to 20 hours a week of my time as a highly experienced programmer, architect, and Agile software development coach. I need a job where I can work from home (or on-site on weekends), that pays within 30% of market scale for someone with 20+ years of experience and a Master's degree (I'll take a hit to be able to work from home on my own schedule), and that is comfortable with a flexible number of hours in the 10-20 range per week.
Does anyone know of such a job, work somewhere that would be interested in hiring an expert programmer/architect under those terms, or know of a marketplace where I might find such work?
