Bike commuting!

Plan: drive to my garden (at Marymoor Park), work on the garden for a half hour or so in the morning, bike to work (4.9 miles), work all day, bike back to the garden, work on the garden for a half hour or so in the evening, drive home.

Hope: by adding two hours a day of exercise, every day, I can avoid rush hour more easily, make a beautiful garden, and get myself in much, much better shape.

Long-Term Goal #1: Ride the STP.

Long-Term Goal #2: Get to 8% body fat.
