Saw a guy handing out cds and was curious so went and took one and stiked up a convo with him.
[o_O;; was it my cheap asian soul?!]
CD isn't free- he asked for a donation, to which I responded with 2 dollars. Although it is already unusual enough that I'm carry any money on me at all, I feel somewhat bad for giving such a small amout.
songs aren't that bad though. social commentries.
He asked how my day was, I responded that it hasn't been great- when I was about to leave, dad was being his usual annoying self; he wanted to hire a ute, for whatever reason, and had me ringing someone to organise it for him. I was trying to give him clear instructions regarding how to pick it up, since he's kind of English illiterate, yet he just wasn't listening. And then when I was explaining it to him, he asks, "do they have it in chinese?" with a.... provoking expression. T'was what made me snap- and shouted "of course it doesn't" in front of another random guy. though I was somewhat surprised that he didn't response with "you dare shout at your father?"
it might be something trivial but... he could at least be more attentive when I'm messing up my schedule to help him ==...urgh.
uh. back to the guy at central. he said that he didn't get along with his father that well before either, and then his father passed away.
Dad's...... mah.
some things are always easier said than done.
in other news, I want to reorganise my tags. cept it looks tedious.
