about old love is that I can't even hear the Cure without thinking of Jason. I like the Cure, damnit. Who else is so yearningly, angstily, eighties happy/sad? Please help. Recommend to me a couple good bands for feeling heartbreakingly wistful..... while helplessly Molly Ringwald-dancing....because the sounds themselves are so happy as to set the memories free.

I may still feel I could lurve him in an impossible way, but I have to let him go, and the Cure is no good!
