Well, i certainly had an interesting weekend! Friday I started by going to the Bel-Wood nursing home! that wasn't so bad, and oddly enough it did not smell like dying! After that I went home and took a nap before going to class. after class I came home and read a few things for class the next morning and went to sleep.... at like 12:42 a.m. I hear a bunch of noise and the shouting of "it's bon fire season" So yeah, then there is a flickering of light coming in the window from said bon fire, and then sailor pulls into the yard to blast Rocketman. None of this is new to me, but i really wanted to sleep. Anyway, after a while jeff is just so god dammed loud so I gave up and grabbed a few beers.... low and behold next thing i know it is 2 a.m. so I called stacy and talked to her for a little while. It was awesome! She is just so adoreable. Anyway, about three o'clock she called again and it was much of the same cuteness and then i went to bed to get up 3 hours later to go to class!
Class was decent Saturday, we had the college exit exam. This exam means nothing pretty much for me, but will judge whether or not the university becomes accredited for having a great mgt. program. I am guessing from the exam that it will not..... but we had an hour to take each one, and i was done in 20 minutes for the first one.... so I called Stacy. She is such a sweetheart to talk to me while she is barely awake. On the second break I think she was at lunch so I called my mom and found out that there was a family party on sunday. We finished the school day at 2 and I went home talking to stace on the way. it was nice. she was coming to Peoria to go to Stone Country, and though I'm not a big fan of the country music, line dancing life style, I am a fan of her so I planned on meeting her after going to Elmwood for westart's other birthday celebration. I napped until jeff woke me around 530 or so, we went to elmwood and the service was subpar and we were at like some lil kid table in front of the cold cold window. Even though the service was slow we were hushed by how awesome the food was and then i realized that about 8 of my aunts and uncles were there getting drunk. So, my uncle came over to our table a few times on his way to smoke and made fun of me for drinking pepsi, and the next thing I know the waitress came over and asked me what kind of beer I wanted Chris to buy me.... it was a great meal and a very tasty lawnmower ale. So, on to Stone Country.
Stacy is a dancing machine. I really enjoyed watching her do her little thing out there. She looked so happy and innocent out there dancing all in lines and shit with people. I had a lot of fun, she makes me smile so much. I missed her a lot when she went back to WIU and I had to go home at like 230 in the morning. She called me on my way home and then again at 330 in the morning. she was shocked I answered the phone and told me I should start turning it off at night.... but I would never do that because I love hearing her voice at any time.... day or night! So yeah, it was another great night of seeing Stace, but kind of a tease just seeing her for a few hours.
Went to class today, teacher brought in delicious bagels from Panera. Then we reviewed and took his final. now all i have to do is write a 10 page paper about archemedes and I will be done with my college curriculum! I'm pretty excited about that.... after that I will hopefully be able to focus on this internship more and also be able to visit Stace more often, if she'll have me! In fact, since she is more or less grounded on duty this weekend... it would be nice to stay with her to keep her company and watch girlie movies... you all know i love them! I don't think we'd run out of anything to talk about either, and if so I'll just smile at her..... yay for awesome, young, smart, beautiful, funny ladies eh?
