I dream a nightmare
I've been having nightmare lately. Most of them are about ghost and evil and stuff like that. I saw myself reading out loud The Lord's Prayer (Our Father) in the dream several times when I encountered with the bad things and almost woke up immediately, gasping my breath.
Sometimes, in days I got lucky, my sister would stay up late, she would wake me up right away if she saw me had trouble breathing while sleeping.
...There was time I run away from a devil who trying to strangle me in my dream. Darkness was everywhere, I didn't know where to run. Then I saw a light and head that way - Turned out my sister discover that I was speaking something in my sleep with heavy breath, she used the flash light to check my eyes and woke me up - that was the light I saw in my dream. I was grateful to her for doing so, since I was terrified that I might stop breathing for real in middle of the sleep.
I haven't sleep well for a week, often wake up at 3 or 4 AM. I could hear the sound of World Cup from my neighbours's TV, it calmed me but I found it hard turning back to sleep, which made me pitiful in the workplace. Mom told me not to read horror stuff or things like that before going to bed, and I should pray more. I used to have nightmare months ago, but now it's back again. Don't know why, but it was scary, really.
