WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME?!!! I SHOULD NOT BE THIS EXCITED AND GRINNY FOR ABUSE AGAINST THE SAMSTER! But yeah, I'm fucked up so I am excited and no word of a lie, I saw this update on my friends page, rushed to re-read the previous alt bit and I was shaking with excitement and my heart was pounding in my chest I was soooooo overwhelmed with anticipation for Dean's arrival! My chest has calmed down but the burst of adrenalin over a story where Sam has his hair buzzed off has left my hands a shaky mess.
You did NOT let us down, this was SO worth the wait for your muse to kick in, and then some! HOLY COW!! I really wanted Dean to take Sam away for good, or as long as Sam wants, and he did, he came through in every way Sam needed. The little part where he grabbed a beanie, but didn't say a word on Sam's hair, didn't try any worthless comments like 'it'll grow back' or 'it doesn't look that bad' was just spectacular. I think words like that are so instinctive when writing Dean, but it really would have cheapened the moment here. Did I mention this was perfect and I love you and yesterday was amazing with comic-con news flying everywhere and today is awesome with random things and then you give me this and my summer is officially made!
Now go write more!!! Hop to it! After you've eaten all your birthday cake and spent all your birthday money that is.

Gah, I try SO hard not to make promises my muse might not keep, but now so many people have asked for more, here or at FF.N, and MY GOD, PEOPLE, I'M WORKING ON SO MANY OTHER THINGS, WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME??????? Now I have ideas creeping up on me and I will never get anything finished if I keep writing other things!

I do hate doing this to you, but I you have to write more. *Pokes you with a stick.* Gah! I just want something years into the future when Sam is grown up (and his hair is grown) and he's made a nice safe life with Dean, whether they hunt or not by themselves, who knows. But all I know is that I want John to show up while Sam is at a coffee shop or walking down the street to class and I want Sam to be scared as hell of him and try to dodge him but it doesn't work and John confronts him, tries to say sorry, but all Sam can do is try not to cry and scream and run away shouting "Dean help!" *Wibbles* I'm just not normal okay?!!
