Don't get me wrong, I really like this apartment. It's a good size, a good price, and I have a great roommate. However, these guys have been doing maintenance on this dumpster enclosure all goddamn summer. "Oh, lets run a generator at 8 AM!"
I'm no doctor, but using a power washer to strip paint seems a little inefficient... I'm also pretty sure that in the time that it took them to dismantle, rebuild, re-rebuild, power wash, and paint the enclosure they could have bought $40 worth of wood and paint and made a new one.
