You call yourself selfish, and that's okay. As long as you realize that that is what it is...selfish.

People who mean well, who love you, who would do anything for you-you push them away if you do not like what they have to say. You build walls and lock them out. You hide.

One day I hope you learn to stop living in the past, find a way to let it go. Stop thinking the way that Sandy thinks. As much as you'll hate me for saying that, it's true. Her attitude is coming out through you. She has a firm grip on you to this very day.

I hope you begin a new life with honesty. Not falseness, again. I hope you find what is lost.

If you can't do this alone, I hope you have the strength and courage to find the professional help you need.

You can run all you like. You can live alone or perhaps one day you can find solace in a fresh, brand new love. But the 'demons' will always be there, only to resurface again.
