[OOC - Jane's Primer]
Patrick Jane used to be a 'psychic', but now he's just a plain old mentalist, which for any of you who haven't see the show is 'someone who uses mental acuity, hypnosis, and/or suggestion' and is 'a master manipulator of thoughts and behaviors'.
So pretty sweet, huh? Yeah, his mun can't do any of that. so if anyone could help me out with details that Jane might pick up, things that he'd be able to read to give him a better picture of that person, I would love you forever. Also, if there's something they've been trying to hide, and you want him to pick up on that, I'm open to that too.
Also, anyone who thinks their character would be easy for Jane to manipulate or hynpotise, let me know? He might use them for an example to explain how he does things - read cues, all that.
Warning: Jane has a big frigging mouth. He will not keep secrets, especially if he sees it as a secret that's hurting other people. If he picks up something from your pup, chances are that he'll bring it as blithely as someone talking about the shoes they picked up.
