weird wednesday: she's a pussycat really
Today's Weird Wednesday is inspired by a conversation with a co-worker. And also a scene from 1x03 Red Tide.
Basically.. it goes like this: people, usually women, who build up barriers are described by their friends as being 'pussycats' - ie, once you get to know them, they're easy to 'tame'. Which is a crass generalisation and often rather inaccurate. After all, as a cat owner, a cat can love you to the ends of the earth, but if it finds a better deal it'll take it. And also, it still has teeth and claws and is more than happy to show them, even after years together.
So: what kind of animal would you describe yourself as being? Of course, you could be a cat, but regardless of the animal you pick, I'd love to know your justifications too!
