it doesn't matter so long as one of you makes contact.

You can do, but I cannot guarantee they'll answer. Generally, there *should* be enough there for you to know whether or not it's your thing.

Also, there's a chance that in your delay, the story will get claimed and your question will be redundant.

You mentioned that you hadn't heard back from all the artists--were we supposed to reply to something? If we were, may I say, I do love the summaries I was paired with? :)

There were a handful of artists (like 3 or something) who didn't reply to the summary selection post. However, as all fics had been claimed in some form, I thought it unfair to keep those who had already claimed waiting. Round 2 is there for anybody who wants to join in who has not already - or alternatively claim more. Hope you enjoy wolfing with your assigned authors!
