(no subject)
Just thought Id give a quick meaningless update since I update umm never. haha I don't know what has been going on lately. Just trying to make it through school knowing I didnt do so hot. I started the year out with 17 units aka 5 classes and then went to 4 classes and well now I still have 4 classes but only go to 3 cause theres no way I can pass my sociology class. I got a 50% on the first test and a 44% on the second so why waste time and go? I don't know if I will even pass my biology class. So that will give me oh pass 2 classes which equal 6 units!! I will never get out of my freshmen year. sigh. I don't know what to do with myself.
Today I had a job interview for Sunset Park which is just a company that runs a lot of the parking garages in downtown and other areas. So maybe Ill be working weekends down at Sea Port Village. (As long as they dont drug test...) Almost got in a huge car accident on my way home. Driving in downtown and didnt see the street lights so I didnt think there was one and realized it was red as I just made it about half way in the intersection and slammed on my breaks and skidded and about seriously 1 inch from being hit. It was amazing that I stopped and the lady stopped. I was so scared and about to cry. Yeah also my internet in my room isnt working really, my ipod isnt working either, my car is in the shop, my gf leaves to the east coast for a month. Things are just not going my way right now. On a up note I guess, Ive been going to a lot of church and small group and learning I guess some things still not sure what I believe.
OO I might be going to a opera or some show this weekend with Xiomara, her brother, and Landin. Landin is even going to pay for me. He's such a sweetheart.
Funny story: Last Sat. I went with Eric (Xiomara's brother) to a Baptism seminar cause Xio had rehersal and she's suppose to be a God parent but you have to go to this seminar. So I went in her place and sat through this video made in the 80's almost and the guy just reminded me of a child molester. Then the priest talked for a while about how water will do all this stuff and oil will protect you. IT was funny cause Eric who is becoming a Pastor and is very Christian just held his tongue the whole time cause they had very different views and the guy was so not scriptural. Then he went off on a tangent and started talkign about the pope and euthenasia and homosexuality and all this stuff. So I really wanted to say stuff but didnt. I lied to him and told him my name was Xiomara which was funny cause everyone knew it wasnt so they were laughing so hard some had to leave the room. But "Xiomara" is now able to baptise people from just watching a lame video.
