Menstral cup stem digging into my vaginal wall

Im 15 and I've been using a mebstural cup for about 3 months... ive founs the right place for it to sit and not leak but it tilts slightly to the side.
And because of this the stem digs into the folds of my vagina and also pinches the skin.
Ive already cut of one section of the stem but i dont reeaaly want to cut off any mire because i rely on the stem to pull it out comfortably ...
does anyone know what I I could do to stop this problem?
