Super Jennie for Medium Cervix & Sensitive Bladder?

Hi everyone, recently I bought Lunette size 1 and tried it for my latest period. For your information i'm 22, never had sex, never had kids, never used tampons before (only pads), I have a medium height cervix and sensitive bladder!

These are a few things that i experienced.

1. No leakage which is good!

2. I needed to pee really badly all the time and I can feel that the stream while I'm urinating is slow and a bit difficult to come out (this kinda scared me a bit)

3. Really, really bad cramps.

4. The entire stem is hanging just right outside and shoved to my the right side of my vagina wall, which, hurts by the way. And even when i cut off all the stem completely, i can't manage to make it smooth even after filing it, and since the edges of the cut stem is a bit rough and the cup is a bit shoved to the right side, it kinda hurts.

And the thing about it pressing down my urethra... it makes me need to pee even after even after my period ended?? which is weird.

I googled and asked around and people said that I need to get a softer cup and finally found Super Jennie. It said on the website that it's made for people with medium height to low cervix and people with sensitive bladder which I think is right for me! But I compared the diameter to Lunette and Super Jennie size 1 looks a bit on the wider side, so I'm a bit scared of buying it.

I wonder if anyone has the same experience as me and have tried either Lunette size 1 or Super Jennie size 1 and what are your thoughts on them. The other soft cup that is available to buy from my country is the Lily cup but people said those are for ppl who have a high cervix.
